TLR Appoints Heather Kiesel as President 

Heather Kiesel Appointed President of TLR

(Portland, Oregon)- TLR is proud to announce that our Board of Directors has elected Heather Kiesel to serve as President, effective Feb. 1st, 2023.

A veteran in the logistics industry with nearly two decades of experience, Heather brings with her an impressive operational background and a unique client-centric perspective gleaned from her time spent as TLR’s Executive Vice President. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Heather Kiesel as our new President,” says Steve Buffam, TLR President and Chairman of the Board. “Her expertise, insight, and determination will be invaluable to TLR as we continue to expand our reach and refine our capabilities. We are confident that under Heather’s guidance, TLR will not only survive but thrive in the years ahead.”

During her tenure at TLR, Heather has focused on long-term strategies that have successfully aligned all of TLR’s business units and promoted a diverse service portfolio capable of delivering exponential growth for all four points of the company’s corporate compass.

Terri Bartle, who has been with TLR for over 17 and served as President for 15 years, will continue her role as Vice Chairman of the Board. Terri’s outstanding stewardship, respect for all TLR employees, and commitment to customer service have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success thus far.
